1. The Biscuit Zoom call invitation excludes direct employees of AFX Ventures Limited (AFX), associated agents, family members or anyone professionally connected with the prize promotion.  
2. The Biscuit Zoom call invitation is open only to individuals aged 18 and over who reside in the United Kingdom.  
3. The Biscuit Zoom call invitation is open only to Biscuit members.  
4. To qualify for a £15 Amazon voucher, Biscuit members must book a call with Biscuit using the link in the email, the call is considered complete when the Biscuit member has attended and completed the 30-minute call with Biscuit.  
5. Each Biscuit member that takes part in the call will receive a £15 Amazon voucher which will be loaded as a voucher to their Biscuit wallet. 
6. AFX reserves the right to substitute vouchers where necessary due to stock availability.  
7. Queries regarding the Biscuit zoom call prize will be answered by the provider of the prizes, AFX. 
8. Only one Biscuit Zoom call is permitted per customer. Duplicate completed zoom calls from the same customer will only result in one £15 Amazon voucher. 
9. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.  
10. There is no automatic prize. Booking a zoom call does not guarantee the £15 Amazon voucher. 
11. Individuals cannot enter the Biscuit Zoom call via any other means other than by booking and attending the zoom call using the link found in the email, the Zoom call is considered complete when the Biscuit member has booked, attended and answered all the questions during the 30-minute call with Biscuit on the scheduled day. 
12. The Biscuit zoom call runs until 1 July 2022. Any entries received after the closing date will not receive the £15 Amazon voucher. 
13. The Biscuit member will receive a £15 Amazon Voucher by 8 July 2002. 
14. The voucher will be loaded as a voucher to your Biscuit Wallet. 
15. We keep your identifiable information private and manage it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  
16. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative.  
17. We will respond to any questions or queries about the Biscuit Zoom call via email at support@biscuitpetcare.com.  
18. AFX Ventures Limited reserves the right to cancel this Biscuit Zoom call or amend these terms and conditions at any time upon reasonable notice. 
19. The decision of AFX Ventures Limited in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.  
20. AFX Ventures Limited accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of taking part in the Biscuit Zoom call. AFX Ventures Limited further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Biscuit Zoom call. 
21. If any paragraph in these terms and conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other paragraphs of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.  
22. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.  
23. This Biscuit Zoom call is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Amazon.
