1. The Prize Draw excludes direct employees of AFX Ventures Limited (AFX), associated agents, family members or anyone professionally connected with the prize promotion.
2. The Prize Draw is open only to individuals aged 18 and over who reside in the United Kingdom.
3. The Prize Draw is open only to Biscuit members.
4. To be entered into the Prize Draw, entrants must download and register on the Biscuit app and complete their first walk within 7 days of registering. A complete walk means hitting your dog’s personalised daily activity goal set within the app which is based on the pet's age and breed.
5. Fifty winners will receive a £50 Amazon voucher each which will be loaded as a voucher to your Biscuit wallet.
6. AFX reserves the right to substitute products where necessary due to stock availability.
7. Queries regarding Prize Draw prizes will be answered by the provider of the prizes, AFX.
8. While there is no requirement to opt-in to receive marketing emails, your email address must be obtained for notification purposes to inform if you are a winner. If you wish to opt-in to receive marketing emails, you may do so via your user profile in the Biscuit app and update your communication preferences. You may opt-out at any point by updating your communication preferences.
9. Only one entry per customer is permitted in the Prize Draw. Duplicate entries from the same customer do not increase the chances of winning and will count as one entry only.
10. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
11. There is no automatic prize. Downloading and registering on the Biscuit app does not guarantee a prize.
12. Individuals cannot enter the Prize Draw via any other means other than downloading and registering on the Biscuit app and complete their first walk within 7 days of registering. A complete walk means reaching the personalised daily activity goal set in the app.
13. The Prize Draw runs until 25 December 2022. Any entries received after the closing date will not be included in the Prize Draw.
14. The winner will be notified in the week commencing 2 January 2023 via a reply to their email address registered to their Biscuit account. If you have not heard from us by 9 January 2023 unfortunately, you are not a winner on this occasion.
15. The prize will be loaded as a voucher to your Biscuit Wallet.
16. By entering and subsequently winning the Prize Draw, the prize winner acknowledges that the prize could take up to 31 working days to arrive, more if there are economic or pandemic restrictions out of our control.
17. We keep your identifiable information private and manage it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
18. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative.
19. We will respond to any questions or queries about the Prize Draw via email at support@biscuitpetcare.com.
20. AFX Ventures Limited reserves the right to cancel this Prize Draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time upon reasonable notice.
21. The decision of AFX Ventures Limited in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. AFX Ventures Limited accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of taking part in the Prize Draw. AFX Ventures Limited further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw.
23. If any paragraph in these terms and conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other paragraphs of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
24. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.
25. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Amazon.
