WIN an A3 framed Purr & Mutt print

1. The Prize Draw excludes direct employees of AFX Ventures Limited (AFX), associated agents, family members or anyone professionally connected with the prize promotion.
2. The Prize Draw is open only to individuals aged 18 and over who reside in the United Kingdom.
3. The Prize Draw is open only to Biscuit members (Biscuit is the trading name of AFX).
4. To be entered into the Prize Draw, entrants must do what is described on points 5 and 6 on any of the Biscuit social media channels. 
5. For an entry on Instagram and/or TikTok, entrants need to follow @biscuitpetcare and @purrandmutt, like the competition post and share a picture of their dog in their stories or post and tag @biscuitpetcare. 
6. For an entry on Facebook and/or Twitter,  entrants need to follow @biscuitpetcare and @purrandmutt, like the competition post and share a picture of their dog in the comments section of the competition post. 
7. For any bonus entries, an entrant can do what is mentioned in points 5 and 6 on all Biscuit social media channels, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
8. One winner will receive an A3 framed Purr & Mutt print worth up to £77.99 featuring a single pet (credit may not be carried over to any other products)
9. The prize will be fulfilled by Purr & Mutt. 
10. Purr & Mutt reserves the right to substitute products where necessary due to stock availability.
11. Queries regarding Prize Draw prizes will be answered by the provider of the prizes, in this instance, Purr & Mutt.
12. Only one entry per customer per social media channel is permitted in the Prize Draw. Duplicate entries on the same social media channel from the same customer do not increase the chances of winning and will count as one entry only.
13. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
14. There is no automatic prize. Downloading and registering on the Biscuit app does not guarantee a prize.
15. Individuals cannot enter the Prize Draw via any other means other than doing what is mentioned in points 5 and 6 in the Prize Draw post on Biscuit’s social media channels.
16. The Prize Draw runs until midnight on 16 April. Any entries received after the closing date will not be included in the Prize Draw.
17. The winner will be notified in the week commencing 24 April 2023 via one or more of the social media channels they used to enter the Prize Draw. If you have not heard from us by 5 May 2023 unfortunately, you are not a winner on this occasion.
18. By entering and subsequently winning the Prize Draw, the prize winner gives AFX (Biscuit Pet Care) and Purr & Mutt permission to use their prize image on all social media channels (Biscuit Pet Care and Purr & Mutt) and acknowledges that the prize could take up to 31 working days to arrive, more if there are economic or pandemic restrictions out of our control.
19. We keep your identifiable information private and manage it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
20. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative.
21. We will respond to any questions or queries about the Prize Draw via email at support@biscuitpetcare.com.
22. AFX Ventures Limited reserves the right to cancel this Prize Draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time upon reasonable notice.
23. The decision of AFX Ventures Limited in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. AFX Ventures Limited accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of taking part in the Prize Draw. AFX Ventures Limited further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw.
25. If any paragraph in these terms and conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other paragraphs of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. 
26. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.
